ideal spot for exploring blackpool's top attractions and parks
I felt genuinely welcomed by the family atmosphere during my three-night stay, and it was just a few steps to the famous Opera House and surrounded by great cafes and the beautiful parks nearby, making every city stroll a delight. however, the cleanliness of the stair banister could use some attention, but overall it was a pleasant and convenient experience.

Exceptional Service and Family Atmosphere
I had a fantastic stay with my family! The owners, Jennifer and Donald, made us feel right at home with their warm and attentive service. Our Standard Triple Room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely fresh scent throughout the hotel. Plus, it's just a five-minute walk from the beach! The only thing that could be improved is having more staff available for quick requests, like getting fresh towels.

Had a lovely three-night stay here with my family, enjoying the cozy family room and the well-kept pool area. There were nice relaxation options like a sun terrace and a hot tub to unwind. Just wish they had a bit more staff around for quick requests, but overall, a great spot for a getaway! 😊

missingWrote a review on Aug 10café treasurevintage charmfilthy roomrundown facilities
Oh, the adventures at Roselea had their highlights! The nearby Dim Sum Cafe was a delightful gem, serving crispy spring rolls that made me want to dance. Plus, the sweet charm of Olivia Rose Vintage Tearooms, where the scones were as comforting as a hug.
But let’s keep it real, you get what you pay for, and in this case, we overpaid. The filthy room had dust you could write your name in, with one dirty cup for two and a shower that looked like it was auditioning for a horror movie. Definitely one to avoid!

Friendly staff made us feel welcomed.
The room I stayed in was filthier than expected. There were dusty corners and stained carpets that were truly off-putting. The overall upkeep was lacking, which ruined my stay. I expected more for the price I paid and found the cleanliness unacceptable.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The place is close to the beach and perfect for beach days and golf at North Shore Golf Club. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. a great spot for a group getaway. Would definitely recommend it to others looking for fun!
The room we had could have been cleaner. We noticed some dusty corners and slightly stained carpets. It wasn't a huge deal, but it could use some attention.
